milyon Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the milyon Platform operator. Your continued use of the milyon website, mobile browser interface, or any milyon gaming service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full.

2.2 milyon reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, milyon will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with milyon's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between You and milyon.

3.1 To register and maintain an active account on milyon, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum legal gambling age applicable under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law;
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing milyon from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted, and you bear sole responsibility for verifying this in your specific location;
• You have not previously been self-excluded, voluntarily or involuntarily, from the milyon Platform or any other gambling platform in circumstances that remain in effect;
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party in creating or operating the account;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on milyon. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 milyon reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a Player's registration or use of the Platform. Failure to provide such documents within the timeframe specified by milyon may result in account suspension or closure.

4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. milyon will never request your password, OTP, or 2FA code via email, chat, or telephone.

4.2 Players must notify milyon immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, their account. milyon accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

4.3 Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals processed.

4.4 KYC verification is a condition of full account functionality on milyon. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal limits or restrictions until verification is completed. Accepted identity documents for Philippine Players include:

• PhilSys National ID
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License (LTO-issued)
• SSS / GSIS ID
• Voter's ID

4.5 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting milyon support. Outstanding verified balances will be returned to the Player's nominated withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

5.1 All transactions on milyon are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). milyon does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own service charges.

milyon supports deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. GCash and Maya deposits are generally processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may be subject to the processing schedule of the issuing bank. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method as displayed in the milyon cashier at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed by milyon's finance team within the following standard timeframes:

• GCash and Maya withdrawals: typically within 30 minutes for amounts under ₱50,000;
• Bank transfer withdrawals: within 1–3 business days subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule;
• Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional verification and are handled by milyon's senior finance team with processing typically completed the same business day;
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals: subject to blockchain confirmation times and network fees.

5.4 milyon reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, consistent with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Processing of such requests may take longer while verification is completed.

5.5 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. milyon reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source where a withdrawal request cannot be matched to a verified personal account.

5.6 Funds held in a Player's milyon wallet do not accrue interest. milyon does not operate as a financial institution. The wallet is a gaming account balance used solely for wagering on the milyon Platform.

6.1 milyon may offer bonuses, free spins, free bingo cards, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotions to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms which will be communicated alongside the offer. In cases of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.

6.2 All bonus offers on milyon are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.3 The following general bonus rules apply across all milyon promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash until applicable wagering requirements are met;
• milyon reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already accepted and in active use will not be retrospectively withdrawn mid-wagering;
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your milyon wallet. Real money funds are wagered first by default unless a specific game or promotion dictates otherwise;
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or any form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6.4 milyon's VIP program tiers are subject to separate VIP program terms and cashback calculations. VIP status is assessed on a monthly wager basis and may be subject to change based on updated program criteria.

7.1 All games available on milyon — including live casino games, slots, bingo, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own applicable game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are advised to review game-specific rules before placing wagers.

7.2 All slot and RNG-based games on milyon use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments and transmitted via HD live stream. milyon does not control, nor can it influence, the outcome of any live casino hand, spin, or draw.

7.3 In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault that occurs during an active game round, milyon will apply the following resolution approach:

• For incomplete RNG game rounds at the time of a confirmed technical fault, milyon will void the round and return the wagered amount to the Player's wallet;
• For live casino games, the game provider's recorded outcome (from their independent server logs) will be treated as the definitive result;
• milyon's resolution decisions in technical fault scenarios are final, made in good faith, and are subject to the game provider's own technical records.

7.4 milyon displays Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run return percentages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

8.1 milyon is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The following tools are available to all registered milyon Players directly from account settings, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month;
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders that appear after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary suspension of real-money play for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Longer-term or permanent exclusion from the milyon Platform, processed immediately upon request.

8.2 Once a self-exclusion is activated, milyon will take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from accessing real-money gaming during the exclusion period. Players must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account. Any account created in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and all balances voided.

8.3 milyon operates a strict 21+ age policy. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process. Players who are aware of, or suspect, underage use of their milyon account are required to notify milyon support immediately.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the milyon Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to access or interact with the milyon Platform or its games;
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from a confirmed exploit are subject to forfeiture;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multi-player formats;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, misrepresentation of identity, or use of stolen payment instruments;
• Attempting to launder funds through the milyon Platform or using it in a manner inconsistent with its intended gaming purpose;
• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) or acting as a proxy for another person's gambling activity;
• Systematically exploiting promotions, bonuses, or free bet offers through coordinated or matched betting strategies not intended by milyon;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, where the Player resides or is present at the time of play.

9.2 milyon reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion and based on its internal review, whether prohibited conduct has occurred. Where milyon determines that prohibited conduct has taken place, it may take action including, but not limited to, account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the Platform.

10.1 All content on the milyon Platform — including but not limited to the milyon name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of milyon or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the milyon Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights in milyon intellectual property are granted, implied, or transferred by these Terms or by a Player's use of the Platform.

10.3 Players may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any milyon content without express written permission from milyon.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milyon's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 milyon shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or relating to the Player's use of the Platform.

11.3 milyon does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical faults. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. milyon is not liable for gaming sessions interrupted by force majeure events, third-party provider outages, or internet connectivity issues outside milyon's direct control.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit milyon's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 milyon reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by milyon;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the Player's payment provider;
• Where milyon determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

12.2 Upon account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated breach or fraud, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method after completion of any applicable verification checks.

12.3 milyon's decision to suspend or close an account is made in accordance with these Terms and is final in matters where prohibited conduct has been confirmed.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines, including PAGCOR guidelines as applicable.

13.2 milyon operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines for the Philippine online gaming market. Players in the Philippines are subject to local laws governing online gambling, and it is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of milyon is lawful in their jurisdiction.

13.3 milyon and the Player agree that any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to milyon's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. milyon will respond to formal disputes within 14 business days.

14.1 milyon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on milyon.bio/terms-conditions.

14.2 For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights, bonus terms, payment procedures, or account eligibility requirements — milyon will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered Players and/or via a prominent in-platform notification.

14.3 Players who do not accept revised Terms may close their account and withdraw any available balance. Continued use of the milyon Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

15.2 When submitting a formal dispute or complaint, please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. milyon's support team will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 2 business days.
